Treasurer’s Report:  $433 from 2011 Reunion in Montgomery, AL

Old Business

1. Send Hotel information to Family members
2. Discuss Friday night activity
3. Developing theme for T-shirts
4. Email tentative tour and activity information to Family

• Motown Museum tour
• Charles H. Wright Museum tour
• Belle Isle Park (Picnic)
• LoveJoy Tee Shirts
• Boat ride (Princess boat)

New Business

1. Confirm a Host Hotel.  Survey if different hotels are needed
2. Approximate count of family members planning to attend (children and seniors)
3. Special requirements (equipment),as well as (food) requirements are needed
4. Estimate approximate cost for each member regarding activities/tours  (Detroit, Michigan).  Including bus transportation for Saturday events
5. Check bank cost and credit union for best rates for deposit of monies
6. Confirm previous dues amount to be collected $50 for families
7. Confirm previous T-Shirt colors (Blue, Blue, Beige, and Red)
8. Discuss Slide show for pictures.
9. Discuss Family Tree (Billboards).  Discuss Detroit Emblem.
10. Check on caps (baseball or Fishermen’s caps.)

Gerald Vickers wants to stipulate the urgency in choosing your hotel.  Please respond with your decision as to which hotel you will be choosing.
